MEET THE TEAM

Mark Downs founded Mark Downs Mkt and Mngt, in 1986. Born in Texas, graduated with a BBA from the McCombs School of Business at UT Austin in 1977, and first licensed as an Austin-based Realtor/Sales Associate in 1978, Mark has extensive knowledge and experience in the Texas real estate market.

For almost 50 years, Mark has not only worked with buyers, sellers, and renters with his deep local market expertise, he also specializes in property management, guiding and assisting owners & property investors, large and small, being mindful to “always do the right thing” and “be accountable”.
